Does Doodl Space also provide support on other channels?

For Subscriptions and Pay as you Go, our primary mode of communication for all design and revision requests is the Doodl Space Platform.

The platform is a one-stop solution to manage your brands, raise your design requests, manage priorities, track statuses, and communicate with your designer.

Notifications are facilitated over emails, WhatsApp and via Desktop Push Notifications.

Though your POC will be available for calls and on WhatsApp for updates, we do not take any design requests beyond our platform. If there is any complex project coming in, you can raise your wish to the POC for a call with the design team, and it can be arranged based on the designer's availability.

We have this rule for these reasons-- To maintain smooth communication, transparency, quality and accountability.

Having said the above, we do understand that for large teams or for teams facing regular time-sensitive tasks, a regular on-call support, it becomes difficult to leave their traditional channel of communication and jump into our channel. Hence, we provide one alternate channel support in our Enterprise Plan, along with on-demand call support.
