The most important part of managing any project is the effective flow of information.

At Doodl Space, we are continuously improving the way you receive information related to the activities on your design requests.

At present, there are 4 ways in which we send you notifications

1. In-App: You have a bell icon on the top-right corner of your dashboard from where you can track notifications on your design requests.
   
   
2. Push Notifications: If you want to receive desktop notifications from your browser, you can go to Manage Profile on the top right-hand dropdown > Notification Preferences and then check the Push Notification checkbox
   
   
   This will trigger your browser to ask you permission to allow receiving notifications from our app. Please note that Push Notifications are browser and device-dependent depended so if you are not receiving any triggers after selecting this checkbox, you will have to check your browser settings and allow notifications, pop-ups and redirects  from app.doodlspace.com
   
   If you still don't receive notifications, go to your desktop settings and enable notifications from the browser you are using.
3. Email Notifications: By default, all the replies sent by Doodl Space on a design ticket will be notified by email to the design request owner and all the tagged users.
4. WhatsApp Notifications: If you wish to receive notifications directly on your WhatsApp number, all you need to just enable the same from your profile section.
   
   
   Once you click the checkbox that enables WhatsApp Notifications, you will have to reconfirm your WhatsApp number. It can be different from your Phone Number. Once you save, we will send you a verification code to verify your number.
   
   There are certain notifications you will receive by default if you activate WhatsApp notifications, which are the first 3 notifications that are shown on the right-hand side of the image-
   
   
   You can choose to receive all comments from your team members or only when you are mentioned by your team member.

This way, you will never miss an update from Doodl Space.
