Each of your design requests goes through a lifecycle that you can track. The stages in the lifecycle are reflected either in the form of categories, status, or tags. Let's understand them in detail--
Your tickets are broadly arranged into three categories--
Open | All the active tickets are shown here |
Closed | All the completed tickets are shown here |
Draft | All the draft tickets are shown here |
Under the Open category, here are the following statuses and tags that you'll see when a ticket is stacked here-
Lifecycle Stage | Type | Meaning |
Status | When you raise a ticket, the ticket falls in open status
Tag | Tickets where you are supposed to respond
Status | A ticket that is being worked upon*
Tag | A ticket on which the designer has submitted a draft
Tag | When you submit a revision to a ticket
Status | When a ticket is marked as complete |
*A "In Progress" ticket means that either the designer is working on it or it is in quality assessment.
When a ticket is in "Draft Submitted" and you hit Reply, you can choose whether your response is a Revision. If you choose yes, the ticket will be marked as "Revision".
You can also reopen a closed ticket by sending a revision.
