Well yes! That's true. We have no capping on how many design requests you raise in a day, a week, or a month. We also make unlimited revisions until you are fully satisfied with the creatives.

How many designs will I receive?

Designs are subjective by nature. As it comes in so many forms and shapes, the effort & time required to create different creatives is different. After all, there is a human on the other side.

For example, the time it takes to create an Instagram post will be shorter than the time it takes to create a brochure design. Similarly, the time taken to create 2 separate Instagram posts can be different based on the complexity of the post design.

Hence, we have kept no cap on how many requests you can raise.

However, how many unique designs you receive per day may vary due to factors like the quality of the brief, complexity, the number of deliverables per request, and the number of active tasks in your queue before that request.

How does it work?

In any of our subscription plans, though you can submit unlimited requests & revisions, your designer works in a sequential manner, which is 1 request at a time (Active Requests). For example, if you have 5 design requests in your queue, your designer will pick up design 1 and send you the first draft, and will then move to the next one. In the meantime, if revisions come in, we put them at the highest priority in your queue by default and solve them as fast as possible.

The rate of active requests in your queue depends on the plan you have.

Once you sign up for a subscription or enterprise plan, you pay the same flat fee every month, no matter how many design requests or revision requests you raise*. Your designs will be worked on one at a time until you scale up.

*For Pay as you go, it works differently, where your credits are consumed on basis on the number of tasks worked upon.
