Before answering what's included in the trial, I will first try and explain why we give a trial.

We are probably the first and only creative company that offers a 7-day free trial, without any credit card, at our cost, because what we want is your confidence in us and a test of our synergy.

That's what is required to build a strong and long-term relationship

Creatives are subjective and human-driven, hence we always want you to test us with a few creatives and see if the designs match your expectations. If not, the 7-day window will give you time to help us learn your expectations by making revisions and conducting brand calls. We have historically seen that in the Doodl Space system, a designer learns 60-80% of your brand & expectations in this 7-day trial.

Plus, during the trial period, you will be exposed to our structured approach to handling your projects, our support system, and our platform.

• What's included in the trial?
  Our trial includes an experience of our Graphics plan and 1 video up to 30 seconds, completely free of cost
• What's not included in the trial?
  The trial doesn't include logo design, packaging design, custom illustrations, open/print files and IP rights on the creatives. Hence, whatever we create during the trial will be owned by us; however, these rights/open files will be transferred the moment you subscribe to any of our subscription plans. If you choose to opt for our Pay-as-you-go plan, you can use your credits to purchase the designs created during the trial.
• Can I use the designs created during the trial?
  Yes, you can use it publicly, but the ownership of those creatives will be ours until you subscribe to our plans or purchase them on pay-as-you-go rates
• Will the designer during the trial and the subscription be the same?
  Yes. The designer who will be assigned during the trial will be the same person working on your main subscription as your primary designer. However, please note that to keep the same designer as your primary designer, you must subscribe within 7 days after your trial ends. Post that, we won't be able to hold your designer if their slots get filled. Even if this happens, the Doodl Space system can easily appoint another trained designer to your account. No retraining from your side required.
• How can we make the best out of the trial?
  We have seen that those clients who are actively involved in the trial period make the best out of their trials and their plans for the longer term. Consider the trial not only as a testing period but also as a training period. Give more than 1 request (combining graphics and video), check the designs, give critical and constructive feedback, and respond to our doubt-clearing messages and calls. This might seem like some work, but in reality, this is a foundation setting that is going to give you peace of mind for the long term.
• The TAT during the trial seems slow. Why?
  From a general subscription point of view, the TAT during the trial may seem a bit slower because your brand is new to us and we are in a learning phase. You will see your designer coming up with design variations to gauge your expectations, and during the trial, we experience higher quality revisions that increase the time to complete a design lifecycle.
• I wish to take the Enterprise plan. Can I share time-sensitive requests or on-demand calls during the trial?
  Regardless of the plan you choose to purchase, if an occasional emergency arises, we can accommodate a time-sensitive request or assist you with a call, subject to the designer's availability. However, the trial does not include enterprise-grade support, which means it will not provide on-demand calls or multiple time-sensitive requests.
• I wish to take the Enterprise Plan. Can I take the trial on some other platform, like Slack?
  No. The trial will only be conducted on Doodl Space platform, because we want you to understand our platform as well.
• I wish to take the Pay as you Go plan, where Doodl Space promises dynamically updating scale based on daily demand. Will the trial include this?
  No. The trial will actually be conducted under the guidelines of our subscriptions, as we prioritise your understanding of our creative and service quality. Output rates can be easily achieved once you start.
